“既然要痛苦，为何不缩短时间”

这句话是从萧义文总裁身上听到的... 

很普通，也很常听见的一句话...

听见他说，当一文不值的时候所面对家人的那股勇气

听见他说，喝白开水当晚餐的那段日子

听见他很轻描淡写地说，当小偷拿走他整个月的泡面，他那份无奈

当我听见时，我很激动，眼泪也不听使唤地流下来

因为我很清楚，一个不断跌倒又爬起来的人，有多么的不容易，要承受多少的误会、委屈和痛苦

男人嘛，30而立... 

给自己一个机会，不让自己有有理由不去完成接下来的四个九十天，完成梦想。

感动生命的小故事

或许，你真的不知道，别人会因为你而改变生命。

人生短短数十年，不是因为你赚了多少钱，也不是因为你去了多少地方，而是在这璀璨的岁月里，你为自己、为别人创造了什么价值。

[真人真事] - 一个年轻单亲妈妈的故事

今天早上，来了位单亲妈妈，今年只有31岁而已，有一个女儿。

她自己本身工作了10多年的书记，薪水依然维持在RM1300左右而已，这对她而言，生活就是一个重担子，大部分的薪水都拿来还房租、供车了，都还没有包括吃的基本消费，更别谈如何享受生活，或是让孩子过得更好。

她是因为网络在家工作而接触到我们，Herbalife对她而言并不陌生，之前也有几位其他的伙伴接触过她，但她都是因为金钱问题而无法开始。

跟她坐下来谈了近30分钟，直觉让我发现，她或许认为Herbalife这事业是要很多钱才能开始的；我问了她同样的问题几次了 “你真的是认真地要改变吗？”，她告诉我，她是认真的，而我似乎也看见她眼眶内的泪光......

我相信，只要愿意虚心学习，然后认真付诸于行动，Herbalife肯定能够改变她的一生。

突然间，我有点感触，我很感谢Herbalife，它不单只改变了我，也让我有这个机会去帮助更多有需要的人，至少我在想，如果没有Herbalife，我能够如何帮助到她呢？

P/S: 她答应说会在下个月发薪水的时候开始，在她开始后，我才继续分享更多关于她的故事 ;)

[真人真事] 一位单亲妈妈的毅力和坚持

昨天是吉隆坡的英文STS(Success Training Seminar)，现场来了大约500多个人，有一半是第一次接触Herbalife的，也有一半是来学习的伙伴们（来自半岛各个城市哦！）。

在其中一个环节，就是Herbalife Basic的时候，主讲师May Tang请了三位很新的伙伴（都没超过3个月）上台奉献他们的故事，最后一位是Marissa（译音），她是名单亲妈妈，有个很小的女儿得要照顾，她在去年2008的12月时透过网络而接触到Herbalife，她为自己和女儿看到了一个机会，但是她却没有钱，甚至连取得经营权的RM98都没有，当时，她没有栖身之所，每天就把车子开到加油站，就跟女儿在车子里睡觉而已，刷牙洗脸甚至烫衣服都在加油站的厕所内搞定，她不甘心来到眼前的机会就这样被溜走了，或许老天爷看见了她的苦心，让她很意外地在她女儿的Raya包包内看见了约RM130左右，就这样，她就取得了Herbalife的经营权。

那时，我们在一月即将举办Herbalife Malaysia三周年纪念暨风尚之旅训练，而合格资格就是1000VP，Marissa知道她没这本钱直接开始1000VP，但她知道她无论如何都要合格出席这千载难逢的训练机会，所以她开始每天很认真地去跟20个人分享Herbalife，结果，她终于合格了资格，也让她赚取了约RM1000-RM2000左右，上了这场训练会议后，她更加坚定地知道她的目标，结果，再持续努力不断地去分享，在一月底之前，她就完全考核Supervisor资格了，更棒的是，她上个月的收入已经达到了RM5000左右，也让她有能力为女儿做个较好的安顿，而且也让她可以开始偿还一些债务了。

或许，转载后的故事，不来得Marissa自己本人做分享更真实感人，但在昨天听了Marissa的故事后，现场没有半个人无不感触，甚至也有些伙伴因此而掉泪。

很多人，要赚钱找机会，却不愿意学习和工作，而且还给了很多很多的理由，比如没时间、没钱、没背景、没有车、没有人、很远、孩子没人照顾等、各种各样的借口理由都有，听了Marissa的故事后，我坚持地相信任何人都有成功的本钱，就是那份毅力，还有一颗坚定不移的心要去改变自己，而且是马上自己行动，而不是等~等~等~等而已。

我也告诉我自己，不能为自己找任何借口，努力，坚持，永不放弃直到总裁组为止！

[均衡营养] Herbalife细胞营养的魔力

刚刚和Joey透过skype进行网络聊天，她是Queenny的第一代伙伴，她是透过网络而认识到Queenny的，开始的时候只是使用产品而已，后来经Queenny讲解，开始对这健康事业也有兴趣，她在上个月的Spectacular也特地地从霹雳州的太平下来吉隆坡看看这事业，也看看她的未来。

我跟她聊起她的近况如何，也顺道跟她说起她的下一步，也就是Supervisor了。基本上，她已经完全符合了成为Supervisor的能力，为什么呢？因为她不但让自己有很好的健康改善效果，她也帮助了几位身旁的人达到很棒的效果，最重要的是，这些人都开始接二连三地跟她续订产品了！

首先，她之前需要长期地依赖药物，比如皮肤敏感（不能吃海鲜、鸡蛋、鸡肉等，不然会皮肤红肿和发痒）和贫血，结果在开始使用的前面两个星期，发生严重的头晕现象，当时Queenny也担心地手忙脚乱（因为还是新人），一直打了几通电话给我，问我怎么办？我就告诉Queenny，这都是很棒的效果，因为细胞营养开始发挥作用了，毒素开始慢慢地被排出来，如果无法承受的活，或许可以把每次的分量减少，但增加使用的次数就可以了，结果，在两个星期后，一直到今天，Joey都不再有这些问题了！

除此之外，Joey听取Queenny的建议，让她的四岁女儿开始使用，因为Joey曾经跟Queenny提及过她女儿的哮喘病，Queenny就说，不如让她尝试当早餐就可以，或许能够帮助她改善整体健康，但Joey的女儿就是喜欢跟Joey妹妹的孩子比赛喝（Joey告诉我说，她的女儿却不要跟她比赛哦 0_O），结果两个小孩每天都一起喝奶昔，一个改善了哮喘的问题，不再经常咳嗽至哮喘，而另一个却改善了胃口，不再不爱吃正餐了，神奇神奇！

然后，Joey的另一个好朋友开始使用产品来增重，结果在两个月后，增加了6公斤的肌肉（不是脂肪哦），她说外表看起来没多大的差别，但整体的气色，尤其是脸部更是变得容光焕发了，连身边的人都察觉她的不一样。然后还有Joey另外两个朋友，只是纯粹地使用一个营养早餐，就让他们的精神体力增加了许多，人也变得更有活力了。

我也跟Joey聊了其他的一些相关话题，比如关于小肠绒毛的作用、皮肤病患的使用方法、营养早餐的概念、她妹妹皮肤干裂的问题、小孩的基本营养等等等等。

除了Joey以外，刚刚在下午的时候也跟Siew Yen聊了一阵子，虽然她只有区区的20岁而已，但我却发觉她的思想很积极进取，不象一般同年龄的女生，她使用产品也有一阵子了，皮肤不断改善了许多，而且也改善了她一直面对的哮喘问题和耳水不平衡的问题，至于她的努力故事，下次与她见面后并深入了解后，才在这分享分享。

Herbalife就是这么神奇，就是这么简单！认真的人必然会得到理想的效果。一起努力让世界更健康，就好像我们的创办人Mark Hughes说的，we change people by people, city by city and country by country。

[真人真事] Listen to Audrey Chan

Yesterday, I was attending HBL University - class Dream & Attitude. We are very fortunate to have Audrey Chan as our trainer. Right now, she is the Top Earner in Herbalife Malaysia. The most amazing part is, she is just an ordinary housewife with 4 children to take care! If she can do it, everybody has no reason not to do! If she has time to do it, everybody has no excuse to say they are busy!

She shared with us on one important message from Jim Rohn - "beware of the thieves outside, but never ever forgot to be cautious of the thief inside our mind. Don't let the thief steal your dreams away!"... just take this message for your life if you are able to understand it, I hope whoever read this sentences, will.

Audrey also shared with us one very important thing. There are million of people outside want to be success, even they say they need to success. But, how many of them are deserved for it? Are they willing to learn? Are they willing to follow? Are they willing to work? Or are they just giving many and many excuses? Who we want to be? Luckily, we still can make the decision.

After this training, I learned one simple thing. We can't help people to get success, if they refuse to follow & learn. Why people are not success? It is not because of their background or ability, but they are not deserved for success YET!

[真人真事] Unbelievable Lost of 20kg

In this morning, babie and I were going to pass some F1, F3 and Tea Mix to Justin in Taman Bunga Raya, Wangsa Maju. He would like to take few months supply as he is going to work in Perak very very soon.

Justin is one of our long-term customer since December 2007. He contacted us because of a flyer that I distributed in Wangsa Maju LRT station. Then he went to our website, and left his information there. Babie contacted him, and we met at his house (wangsa maju). Even though he was just 24 years' old, but he told us that he would like to find a way to make him more healthy. Therefore, babie was helping him to start a weight loss program. But he said he don't have enough cash so he need to withdraw money from bank nearby. So, we went to the bank and at the same time, took his before photo there as well. Eventually, now he lost 20kg in total and getting more healthier and younger.

We always ask him on how does he feel about the weight loss, but his answer always the same -"hmm, still the same...". Even we ask if there is anybody notice his changes, his answer still the same.... so unbelievable. But anyway, one of his colleague found that he lost weight! So, babie is going to meet with his colleague on coming week.. most likely on weekday.

I just read Mark Hughes stories, and I am so believe that we can help one person by one person and continue the mission of Mark Hughes in making the world more healthier!

[好书分享] 最后的演讲

刚刚从Amy's talk (台湾贺宝芙伙伴)看到一片旧的文章，觉得很好，很有意思，也相当地有同感，所以就把它给张贴在这与大家分享。

• 拥有明确的梦想，是非常重要的事。
• 不是所有的东西都需要修理。
• 时间是必须受到明确管理，就像金钱一样。
• 计画可以随时改变，可是前提是必须先有计画。
• 建立良好的归档制度。
• 重新思考你使用电话的方式。
• 分派工作。
• 休息一下。
• 帮助别人实现梦想其实更有趣。
• 把钱拿去消除贫穷，当然很有价值，但是这么做通常成效有限，至于把太空人送上月球，则可激励所有人彻底发挥自己的潜力。
• 大胆作梦吧。也别忘了激励你孩子的梦想。
• 别抱怨，再努力一点就好。
• 你如果愿意将抱怨的力气拿出十分之一用在解决问题上，一定不免会大吃一惊，发现事情原来没有你想像的那么糟。
• 把时间花在抱怨上，并无助于我们达成目标，而且，抱怨也不会让人比较快乐。
• 解决问题要从根本着手。
• 不要太在乎别人的想法。
• 注意他们的行为，别管他们说的话。
• 谁带你去舞会，就和谁跳舞。 （忠诚与感恩）
• 幸运总是降临在准备好迎接机会的人身上。
• 不论你认为自己做不做得到，你的想法都没错。
• 除此之外，林肯夫人，那出戏好不好看？ （别把注意力放在不重要的小事上，而忽略真正的问题）
• 你如果没有得到你想要的东西，至少得到了经验，而经验通常是你能够提供给别人最珍贵的东西。
• 亲笔撰写卡片。
• 很多人都想找捷径，我却发现最快的捷径就是绕远路，归根就底就是四个字：认真努力。
• 道歉要真诚，否则不如不道歉。
• 绝不放弃。
• 我们一旦与别人产生连结，就会成为比较好的人
• 开口问就对了。

重点不在于你要怎么实现自己的梦想，而是在于怎么过你的人生。
你如果以正确的方式度过人生，梦想会自己实现。

[真人真事] Aws - Simple, Fun & Magical

I met with Aws in year 2007, just right before the Ramadan month (about September or December). In fact, I met with Omar (Aws's friend) first because he was looking for business opportunity at that time. Then, Omar attended STS, and later he brought Aws to my apartment house in Taman Melati to start the program.

But, we lost contact with each others after the Ramadan month...... :(

Guess what!? Few months later, Aws managed to call San San again!!! How? He found San San's phone number from weight loss flyer in his rented apartment (just next to my apartment).

Then, we met with Aws again in our old office, Wisma MPL. He wished to be part of us in Herbalife. Due to some technical difficulties, it is a lot more procedures & cost for Aws to register in Herbalife Malaysia. So, San San had to ask him, "Are you really serious?". His answer is "YES", so Aws became our first U.S. distributor (coz Aws was registered through Herbalife U.S. from online application).

This is his before-after photo. Now, he felt much more energetic than before. His face no longer as oily as last time. The best part is, he lost 16kg of body fat in short 2 months time. His waist line dropped 6". Until today, he lost total of 20kg!

Because of his good product result plus his excitement, he started to help his mum, his many relatives in Iraq to get better health and better result. This allows him to earn extra RM2500-RM3000 every single month nowadays.

Currently, he is pursuing his master degree in UPM, Malaysia. And his reasons to be part of Herbalife are simple, as follow:

• brighter future
• more freedom
• first work hard for few years, then enjoy the rest of life.
• no stress (fun, simple & magical)
  

P/S: Aws, anything I miss here? By the way, you need to start the weight loss program again.　:P

[真人真事] Stephen & Poh Peng

昨天的英文STS，从霹雳金宝来了一对年轻人，就是Stephen和Poh Peng，他们都只有区区的19岁而已（感觉自己有点老了，:P）。

Stephen是透过网络在家创业系统而接触到我们，在透过网络影片的了解后，Chai 就把他约来这次的STS，所以，他也把他的女朋友一起给带来上课并开始学习，而且还一早就联络 Chai 并处理了住宿问题，因为他们都会在KL这儿过一夜，隔天才启程回去金宝。

Stephen本身还在就学，学的是Chef，因为他还很年轻，我就问他，你为什么想找额外收入呢？还有，想要赚多少的额外收入呢？他告诉我，他想要赚取至少大约马币500至1000块，来维持他的生活，过后就会开始把目标放得更高。

相信Stephen现在已开始使用细胞营养了，也相信他能够透过改善自己的健康和体重，来帮助更多的人。

[真人真事] Ignorance, is not a way of life!

Today afternoon, my company country manager announced that the end of this month will be his last day. This was a shock news for most of us (except our CEO) because he was the person who established Malaysia's branch. He raised up this baby, and left it after 3 years.

His reason was simple to understand - a matter of balance lifestyle between career & family.

Because of this company, he almost lost his father. His father was admitted into ICU for operation. But at that time, he was rushing for a company project until very late night. By the time he reached hospital, his family members still waiting for the operation complete. Even though it was just 1 hour waiting time, but it was the hardest time for him to pass through. From that time onwards, he realized that he just spend less than an hour in a week for his father in the past three years. He knew that he can't afford to pay the price again in the future. Moreover, he will be a family man starting from next month onward!

Right now, he would like to put focus on his family members rather than his own business career.

As you may notice, many people are chasing for money & career by spending all their whole life. But eventually, they lost their precious time & valuable health as well.

I want to be able to have more time (without worrying about money issues) with my beloves when I reach the age of 30. Therefore, I chose to work it out with Herbalife! :)
