This is what I am drinking every single night before I went on bed (about 15-30 minutes before).
From Monday to Friday, I got to wake up at 6:00am SHARP and get myself ready to take train at 6:30am. I like to work earlier in morning as I can feel more fresh. Additionally, many works can be done if I wake up early, this create a lot of time for me to work on other things.
But every night, my sleeping time is around 12:00am-1:00am. It means I sleep for about 5 hours a day only but now I can keep my energy up as soon as I open my eyes. If goes back to last time, definitely I will be collapse if I continue on this kind of living style for few day.
I like the feeling of being energetic!!!
