[工作事业] Colleagues on Herbalife

As some of you may know, I am working for full time job - IT Engineer.

As most of you don't know, my company is CustomWare Asia Pacific, located in Plaza Sentral.

This is my fifth month in this company. Since the first day (4th August 2008) I was inside this company, I use Herbalife shake on my every single day inside the office. I put my F1 container & tea mix container on my table, and I shake it inside pantry, and I drink it publicly. Of course, colleagues around me start to ask me. I just share from consumer point of view - I use it for healthy breakfast, for weight gain purpose, etc.

On last week, such a coincidence, two of my colleagues ask me on how to use herbalife to lose weight (same day, on different time, different place). I do nothing more than what I should do. Guess what? I just say "Are you serious?", both of them say "Yes" to me. Then, I just recommend them to San San, because I have promoted San San (she is professional coach that has helped a lot of others). Later, I pass their phone number to San San for appointment booking.

Two days later, San San was coming to my office to meet with them. Another colleague is looking for weight gain solution as well, so she want to listen together. After measurement & consultation, three of them want to start after 1 week later (coz Christmas was around the corner). On yesterday, San San came to my office building again to help them start the program. Each of them starts with 2 formula 1 program (do u know how much is the profit?).

Definitely, they can get the result they want to start a whole new year of 2009! All the best to three of them :D

[踏实筑梦] 2009 Plan - A Life Changing Year

Just attended Online Training by Trey Herron, an Executive President Teams from U.S.A. It was an amazing training, at least for me to have clear idea (no excuse, :p) to layout a plan for year 2009. Why no excuse? Coz Trey was starting this business when he was 19, and he achieved Millionaire Team in 8 months time.

My BIG Goals for Year 2009:
  • Millionaire Team before 31st December 2009
  • 1st Nutrition Club Opening at 1st August 2009
  • Qualify for Active World Team 2009 at January 2009
  • Qualify for 30th Anniversary Vacation (130,000VP left)
  • Develop 5 first line Active World Team 2009.

My BIG Why:
  • I hated the life of being controlled by others (boss)!
  • No much time left for my beloved, and family members (especially our parents).
  • Bring our parents to Atlantis Vacation at 2010.

My BIG Plan for Year 2009:
  • Follow Mark Hughes's Plan 10-10-10.
  • Every month, 10 Presentations a day + 10 New Distributors + 10k Total Volume Points.
  • Attends ALL STS and BRING new 5 people.
  • Weekly Gauge Sheet

[真人真事] Aws - Simple, Fun & Magical

I met with Aws in year 2007, just right before the Ramadan month (about September or December). In fact, I met with Omar (Aws's friend) first because he was looking for business opportunity at that time. Then, Omar attended STS, and later he brought Aws to my apartment house in Taman Melati to start the program.

But, we lost contact with each others after the Ramadan month...... :(
Guess what!? Few months later, Aws managed to call San San again!!! How? He found San San's phone number from weight loss flyer in his rented apartment (just next to my apartment).

Then, we met with Aws again in our old office, Wisma MPL. He wished to be part of us in Herbalife. Due to some technical difficulties, it is a lot more procedures & cost for Aws to register in Herbalife Malaysia. So, San San had to ask him, "Are you really serious?". His answer is "YES", so Aws became our first U.S. distributor (coz Aws was registered through Herbalife U.S. from online application).


This is his before-after photo. Now, he felt much more energetic than before. His face no longer as oily as last time. The best part is, he lost 16kg of body fat in short 2 months time. His waist line dropped 6". Until today, he lost total of 20kg!

Because of his good product result plus his excitement, he started to help his mum, his many relatives in Iraq to get better health and better result. This allows him to earn extra RM2500-RM3000 every single month nowadays.

Currently, he is pursuing his master degree in UPM, Malaysia. And his reasons to be part of Herbalife are simple, as follow:
  • brighter future
  • more freedom
  • first work hard for few years, then enjoy the rest of life.
  • no stress (fun, simple & magical)

P/S: Aws, anything I miss here? By the way, you need to start the weight loss program again. :P

[做生活家] Christmas Day

Just finished draft copy of English Retail Video presentation slide. This upcoming new video would be more toward healthy breakfast concept as the basis. But we still can upgrade customer to either weight loss or weight program if customer want to. Later will send it to Nikklo for recording work.

Also, need to start look at local advertisement campaign within Klang Valley area. Just communicated with Andrew Coltman, now is the time to work out a better year in 2009.

Later will go out with babie and walk walk around One Utama & The Curve area. Huuuuh.... today is a holiday for me (normally i need to work even if it is holiday!) :D ... Just relax..

tonight there is another marketing plan conference call at about 8pm... so just get myself ready on this.

[真人真事] Stephen & Poh Peng

昨天的英文STS,从霹雳金宝来了一对年轻人,就是Stephen和Poh Peng,他们都只有区区的19岁而已(感觉自己有点老了,:P)。



Stephen是透过网络在家创业系统而接触到我们,在透过网络影片的了解后,Chai 就把他约来这次的STS,所以,他也把他的女朋友一起给带来上课并开始学习,而且还一早就联络 Chai 并处理了住宿问题,因为他们都会在KL这儿过一夜,隔天才启程回去金宝。

Stephen本身还在就学,学的是Chef,因为他还很年轻,我就问他,你为什么想找额外收入呢?还有,想要赚多少的额外收入呢?他告诉我,他想要赚取至少大约马币500至1000块,来维持他的生活,过后就会开始把目标放得更高。

相信Stephen现在已开始使用细胞营养了,也相信他能够透过改善自己的健康和体重,来帮助更多的人。

[总裁有约] A Talk with President's Team

On 6th Dec 2008 (Saturday), I was met with Andrew Coltman - our upline President's Team member from Australia. On the second day, Andrew called me up and he would like to meet with me & San San again. Therefore, we met him again in his hotel's cafetaria on last Thursday (11st Dec 2008) morning.

Indeed, we learned a lot from Andrew, especially his 23+ years' experience in Herbalife business. During the whole conversation, he shared with us a lot about him when he just got started 23 years ago. Also, he shared with us on how to build a fast & solid business, especially in year 2009. He predicted that there will be a first batch of Malaysian qualify as President's Team members in year 2009. Later in year 2010, there will be more and more people get to this level.

Here are the few key things that he wished us to do:
  • Get working with Gauge Sheets - the reasons are simple. 1) to keep track of our own activities & progress. This allows us to review & improve ourself more faster. 2) To show to our new distributor (even existing partners) on how we worked to get such income result.
  • Make sure Ourselves is Growing Faster Than our Business - why? If we grow, we can be a better leader. Also if we grow, we can attract better person. Last but not least important, as we grow, our business grow. Therefore, our income will grow & we will be financial free.
  • Focus on Production Results - It is doesn't matter whether we work Herbalife business for full time or part time. The most important thing is how we can produce more by using our existing time. Sometimes, part time Herbalife distributor earns much more than full time people.
  • Attend more Life-Skills Seminars - These life skills include selling skill, public speaking, conversation, and etc. Besides improving on ourselves, we can recruit some people with good quality from those events as well (they are group of people who would like to pay the price to earn good living in future).

[个人成长] Lead Myself, Lead My Life

Today, there was a Chinese STS at PGRM, Cheras.

Last few days ago, I have made an appointment with Khoo on today STS. However on yestesday night, he sent me a sms saying that he was unable to make it today. I talked to myself, no problem. But then I asked myself again, shall I go to STS tomorrow? I have no guest there, so shall I spend my time at home to complete my other tasks?

Anyway, the decision came before I slept yesterday midnight. I will go on tomorrow to learn more ;)

This morning, I woke up at 8am & took my bath. After that, I dressed up myself with Herbalife jersey with jeans. Later at 9.30am, I suddenly remembered on what was told by Bjorn, Shai & Miti during yesterday HOM in KWSP office. In the HOM pre-meeting, Bjorn said we need to be dress up like a president's team (regardless of our current position), and always be better than our guests. So, I changed my jersey to shirt with coat. Because I know, I need to be leader in myself before I can lead by example to others.

At about 10.50am (the STS starts at 11am), Khoo called me and told me that he is near the building already. I was so suprised because I thought he will call me only when he get ready. Anyway, he was here with us (chai, queenny, quenny's distributor) during the whole session of training. :D welcome onboard, Khoo... another Aries distributor in team. Definitely in herbalife, you will lose weight, gain your health and earn what you're worth.

During this morning HOM session, I pushed my butt away from the chair when product sharing session & income story sharing session. Even it has been a long time for me not to share story in front of so many people. Because on yesterday, Miti asked me: "do you want to be success?", I replied "Yes, definitely". Then she said, "Then you have to step up on the stage, whether is sharing stories or giving a training. People want to follow strong leader.". Shai also said: "If you step out, there will be a void in your seat. Then your people can follow you by filling the void."

I felt so grateful to these successful people. Even I am not their team partner, they want to see us to get success also. :) thank you

Right now, I am so awaiting for next Chinese STS at 28th Dec, it is going to be the most amazing STS ever. Why? Steven Jong will be here be our guest speaker!!!

[个人成长] It happens to EVERYBODY

Today afternoon, I ride a taxi from Damansara Height to KL Sentra.

During the journey, there were some places got traffic jam due to some reasons. Then, the taxi driver told me.. "there are so many cars in double parking** and this create such as traffic jam in this area. Look at them, the truck driver have to park his car like this, otherwise he can't unload the things down."

I smiled & give a super common answer - "yea... no choice" (is that really no choice?)

I dare to say... Everybody (including me as well) is ever to say "I can't do because of X, Y, Z".. This X, Y, Z could be anything that were happening.

Just for a simple example, economic is downturn right now. Some people might say, "this business cannot do because people has no money to buy".. even some people may say "i don't think I can success because nobody is buying from me" or etc...

What I can comment here to these is "what happen to you, also happens to everybody". The question is "how you are going to handle it?".

Since it happens to everybody, how come some people fail, and some people success? Is this something really interesting?


Once again, Life is full of choices.

About life, you can choose to plant seeds in the spring, or to beg in autumn.

[工作事业] Just finish another Saturday

Weekend seems to be so valuable for me! Why? because I have only 2 days to concentrate on my herbalife work, out of 7 days a week...

woke up at 6.45am this morning, coz we have our first wellness evaluation booth in one of recreation site in TTDI, damansara. Early in the morning, there are so many people out there for exercise... mostly with smile (probably they are so relax...)... It was a good start for us... stayed over there for about 1 1/4 hours... i guessed four of us (me, sansan, nikklo & angeline) were being able to do more than 20+ free wellness evaluation... We think this could be another variation of effective DMO from our existing roadshow... ;)

after went back to home, took a quick power nap.. to recharged.

Later, we went out to Herbalife office to meet with some of our partners to talk about the HBL500 plan. I was able to show this plan to Ken & Queenny only... coz both of them were not so clear about this plan yet. Besides, we talked with Ken's upcoming supervisors - Gong Ling & Wee Mun... they were making an order with 2500vp together with 1 Spectacular ticket purchased. Before I left, was able to meet with Li Yen. She was rushing into the Herbalife office (about 2.50pm ++... few more minutes before office close) with her sister... coz she made a 2500vp order on yesterday... so would like to pick up the order.

Then, me, sansan & aws went to lunch at burger king KLCC. After that, still have to rush to Connought, Cheras to meet with another retail prospect - tracy. She is going to start her program when get her salary on this month...

reach home at around 7.45pm.. was a little bit tired.

started to work again on the google advertisement, nutritionWorks dashboard, blog, etc.. at the meanwhile, was guiding may on the HBL500 plan as well. Also, called zack to help up aws in making 1000vp order in singapore next week. Later, need to write a "How To" documentation so that other people can know how to make order from oversea, particularly in Singapore...

dick was sms me... i knew he was tired after attended his boss's wedding.. so just postpone the HBL500 plan meeting with him to tomorrow...

:| still dowing the adobe illustrator... wish to make it done on tomorrow so that i can start design a new banner for wellness evaluation...

人生究竟有多少个一秒钟呢?

在一天内,我们就有86,400秒;

在一年内,我们就有31,596,000(非闰年)或31,622,400(闰年);

而到目前为止,我们究竟让多少秒给流逝了?

而接下来,我们还有多少秒呢?

或许,这下一秒,不单只是牵涉到我们自己本身而已,而还包括了我们爱的人。


附言Jim Rohn曾经有一句名言,"If we work hard on our job, we can make a living; but if we work hard on ourselves, we can make a fortune"。这fortune未必指的是金钱而已,当然还包括时间、选择等等等等......

[生活点滴] Unexpected "Pitched"

Today I was going to my regular car workshop in Kelana Jaya to perform car maintainance. The moment I reached the workshop office, the lady shop owner quickly asked me on how does our Herbalife Weightloss program works. She would like to help her son to lose weight as she want him to be more healthier. However, her son is going to fly to U.K. for study in coming week. Therefore, I got his son phone number so that San San can arrange a body analysis appointment with him before he leaves.

Actually, I never talk with her about anything on herbalife or weightlose before. However, she did see my car (with BIG stickers - LOSE WEIGHT NOW, ASK ME HOW) all the time. Indirectly, she was being pitched by my car whenever I went to her car workshop :)

Also, she told me that she can't remember my car registration number, otherwise she would call me at that time (luckily I went to her shop today :D)

What is the lesson in this case? We never know who are the person that want to look for a solution, therefore the easier way is to let everybody around you know that you are in the business! (Imagize a shop without any signboard outside... nobody would know what are u offering to them!)

[真人真事] Ignorance, is not a way of life!

Today afternoon, my company country manager announced that the end of this month will be his last day. This was a shock news for most of us (except our CEO) because he was the person who established Malaysia's branch. He raised up this baby, and left it after 3 years.

His reason was simple to understand - a matter of balance lifestyle between career & family.

Because of this company, he almost lost his father. His father was admitted into ICU for operation. But at that time, he was rushing for a company project until very late night. By the time he reached hospital, his family members still waiting for the operation complete. Even though it was just 1 hour waiting time, but it was the hardest time for him to pass through. From that time onwards, he realized that he just spend less than an hour in a week for his father in the past three years. He knew that he can't afford to pay the price again in the future. Moreover, he will be a family man starting from next month onward!

Right now, he would like to put focus on his family members rather than his own business career.

As you may notice, many people are chasing for money & career by spending all their whole life. But eventually, they lost their precious time & valuable health as well.

I want to be able to have more time (without worrying about money issues) with my beloves when I reach the age of 30. Therefore, I chose to work it out with Herbalife! :)

Countdown: 1,111 days to go!
