Indeed, we learned a lot from Andrew, especially his 23+ years' experience in Herbalife business. During the whole conversation, he shared with us a lot about him when he just got started 23 years ago. Also, he shared with us on how to build a fast & solid business, especially in year 2009. He predicted that there will be a first batch of Malaysian qualify as President's Team members in year 2009. Later in year 2010, there will be more and more people get to this level.
Here are the few key things that he wished us to do:
- Get working with Gauge Sheets - the reasons are simple. 1) to keep track of our own activities & progress. This allows us to review & improve ourself more faster. 2) To show to our new distributor (even existing partners) on how we worked to get such income result.
- Make sure Ourselves is Growing Faster Than our Business - why? If we grow, we can be a better leader. Also if we grow, we can attract better person. Last but not least important, as we grow, our business grow. Therefore, our income will grow & we will be financial free.
- Focus on Production Results - It is doesn't matter whether we work Herbalife business for full time or part time. The most important thing is how we can produce more by using our existing time. Sometimes, part time Herbalife distributor earns much more than full time people.
- Attend more Life-Skills Seminars - These life skills include selling skill, public speaking, conversation, and etc. Besides improving on ourselves, we can recruit some people with good quality from those events as well (they are group of people who would like to pay the price to earn good living in future).
